Rached Hindi, President

Rached Hindi has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as an engineer and manager. He is the founder of Hindi Energy and the President of Operations for the corporation. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University in 1981. He started his oilfield career with Getty Oil Company in Hobbs as a field engineer. Later he transferred to Midland as a reservoir engineer in Texaco’s CO2 Group. Rached continued to be promoted to positions of increasing responsibility within Texaco; he became the Senior Engineer working in the San Juan and Paradox Basins out of Farmington, NM and then Project Manager for Environmental, Health and Safety in Denver. In 2001 Rached moved back to Midland as the Snyder Gas Plant Manager and Engineering Manager for Kinder Morgan’s SACROC operations. In 2005 he became the Operations Manager for Resolute Natural Resources in the Aneth field in Southeastern Utah. In 2009 he co-founded Probity Energy Partners and Probity Operating.

Rached has engineered primary, secondary, tertiary, commercial salt water disposal and gas plant operations complete with surface facility and pipeline design, drilling and completions. He has managed large upstream oil and gas operations and midstream hydrocarbon gas plants. As a manager, he structured and oversaw all aspects of oil gas production operations including prospecting, leasing, promoting, joint interest agreements, contracting, lease development (drilling, completing and facilities), engineering, revenue and cost accounting, regulatory compliance, safety and insurance. Rached has authored several SPE papers, is a registered professional engineer in New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming and is an army veteran.

Toufic Baaklini – Co Founder and Financial Manager

Mr. Baaklini has over 25 years of experience in commercial business development and finance. He is a business consultant who has advised and represented investors in oil and gas and commercial real estate transactions, due diligence and legal negotiations. He has worked with banks and lenders to acquire oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin and has mediated between banks, lenders and in investors to acquire distressed real estate properties. He also has extensive experience working with banks and lenders for financial structuring and commercial loans. Prior to that, Mr. Baaklini worked in sales management and business development in the retail and automotive industry, both in the US and internationally. He has consulted on international oil and gas concessions in Nigeria and Lebanon.

Joseph Hindi – Co Founder, Investor Relations,

Joseph Hindi has over 35 years experience managing the Hindi family ranches and real estate. He has been a consultant for Winrock International and USAID, advising and assisting farmers in Central Asia, developing market programs, and advanced livestock management practices. He has worked with the Chihuahua Agricultural Union in Chihuahua, Mexico as a consultant for the livestock industry. In both Central Asia and Mexico, Joseph acted as a financial consultant, assisting businesses in identifying and procuring investment partners. For the past 20 years, he has had business interests in Mexico, as owner and president of an import / export company.

Marshall Fleming, Drilling and Production Supervisor

Marshall has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a Mud Engineer and Drilling Supervisor. His experience in the oilfield brings a wealth of field expertise to Hindi Energy including designing and costing drilling programs. At Hindi Energy, Marshall is involved in the total process of developing leases including due diligence on prospects, dirt work contracting, drilling rig contracting, drilling supervision, completion supervision, facilities construction and oil and gas marketing. He also trains Mud Engineers, Drilling Supervisors and other employees. He provides onsite well supervision from spud to TD and his industry contacts are an invaluable asset to Hindi Energy.

P.A. Lyon III, Attorney

P.A. shareholder, practices primarily in oil and gas, business, banking, real estate, corporations and other business entities and estate planning law. Mr. Lyon handles a wide range of personal and business legal matters for his clients and has over 30 years of experience in those areas.

Amber James, Attorney

Amber, shareholder, maintains a general practice, with particular emphasis on commercial and oil and gas litigation mostly in the currently very active Permian Basin.

Sandra Fleming, Accountant

Sandra Fleming has over 23 years of experience as an Oil and Gas Accountant. She has prepared and filed Federal Income Tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, S Corps, Gifts, Trusts, Estates, Non-Profit Entities, and Retirement Plans. She has written Accounting Policies and Procedures for the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and income statements for a wide variety of clientele including Oil & Gas, Medical and Real estate entities. She is proficient in our Wolfpak Oil and Gas Accounting software and will provide the expertise for invoicing, joint interest billing (JIB), revenue collection, netting and revenue distribution.
